Are the shoes included?

Yes, the price includes both shoes and designs.
Does the paint come off?

No, the paint we use on leather shoes is angelus leather paint so it does not come off.
Can I send a custom design?

Yes! If you are intersted on a custom design please feel free to contact us with a picture or description of what you would like.
How long does the shipping take?

Delivery times for items vary depending on numerous factors. Due to the process of designing, setting, printing, cutting, and packing of Custom Products, these can take between 3 and 5 weeks for orders to dispatch.
Can I return shoes?

Due to personal design on these products, Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED more than 48 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email due to the customization and made to order processes involved. Please make sure you pick the right shoe size.
